What We Do

At Accounting Cents, we offer full-service bookkeeping, accounting packages, and individual bookkeeping services. We can also build a service plan with you that specifically addresses your business’s needs and wants, or we can charge our standard hourly rate* for services rendered. At the end of your fiscal year, Accounting Cents will provide your business and/or your CPA with a set of financial statements, a trial balance (including supporting documents/work papers), and a depreciation schedule.

*Standard hourly rate is currently $25/hour and is always subject to change.

Data Entry

Entering any and all transactions into our accounting software for your business, or we can enter them into the accounting system your company is already utilizing.

Bank/Credit Card Account Reconciliations

We will reconcile your bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.

Depreciation Schedules

We will create, update, and/or maintain a depreciation schedule for your business. We will make the appropriate journal entries for depreciation expense on a monthly or annual basis as well as making the journal entries to add or remove depreciable assets as those items occur.

Financial Statements

We will provide financial statements to your business upon request at any time. We will always provide you a set at the end of your fiscal year, but we encourage you to at least receive these quarterly to help you gauge your business operations. We understand that everybody has a different level of financial acuity, so we are more than happy to assist in this area.

Sales Tax Returns

We will process your monthly sales tax returns, regardless of what state(s) your business resides in and operates out of.

General Ledger Review

We will review your general ledger for accuracy on a monthly basis.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable (AR)

We will reconcile your AR for accuracy. We can also send out monthly billing statements or late notices as well as adding any appropriate late fees to accounts to help your business collect what is rightfully owed to you. We can provide regular AR reports.

Accounts Payable (AP)

We offer check-writing and EFT payment services to help your business pay its bills. We will also reconcile vendor accounts, as well as issuing 1099s* at the end of the year. We can provide regular AP reports.

*Additional costs are associated with issuing 1099s.

Silver Package

Includes data entry, one bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, one set of financials, and one sales tax return per month.*

Gold Package

Includes Silver Package, plus up to three additional services per month.*

Platinum Package

Includes Silver Package, plus up to five additional services per month.*

Diamond Package

Includes all services per month.*

After our one-time setup fee of $100, our base package starts at $210 per month. If a particular package does not fit your company’s wants or needs, we can build an accounting package specifically for your business. We can also operate at our hourly rate, or we can be your full-service bookkeeper. Please contact us with your questions and for pricing. We are happy to assist you! Accounting Cents, LLC is located in Norfolk, Nebraska. Our business partners have over 60 years of combined experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
